"On arrival, check=in was straight forward. The room was clean and well presented with a great view over the city which was beautiful at night. The restaurant had a reasonable range of food for breakfast and evening meals, however, you need to be up early for breakfast to avoid the half hour wait in the queue. Other than that, the hotel and service were brilliant. We would definitely use it again."

"Spent two nights here in September. Good hotel for tourists. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to Old Montreal. As far as the rooms go, didn’t spend a ton of time there but the bathroom (and the whole rooms too) was clean, the shower worked great and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There is a decent bar in the hotel lobby. For a short tourist stay in downtown Montreal it is a nice, clean and affordable option. The room I stayed in did smell a bit like smoke on check-in but running the room fan for a few mins."

Check in was chaotic even though we had emailed ahead of time about reserving and paying for a room night prior so it would be ready upon early arrival from a cruise ship the next day. Reply said no problem but it was big time. Never had this happen before. Valet and doormen were friendly and helpful. Brasserie bar was good. Rainspa was excellent."
