"Struttura nuova appena portata a nuovo. Non hanno l'asensore e scale molto ripide e non è indicato da nessuna parte, avevo 2 valigie grabdi e pensanti. La reception chiude ad orari variabili anche alle 17,00 se troni dopo e vuoi un bicchiere d'acqua non c'è modo, ma si paga come un albergo con la reception notturna. E' evidente che si sono messi di impegno ma che non sono del mestiere. La prima stanza che mi hanno dato era al 3° piano, piccolissima senza finestre e quando sono arrivato c'erano...

"Sadly there was no breakfast though my booking had implied breakfast included. But a lovely member of staff did spontaneously drum up a comprehensive continental breakfast (including croissants) for my daughter and me. Thanks for this! We had the room wth the river view very nice. "

"This is a nice Swiss hotel. The shower is very small by American standards and there is no air conditioning. If it is unusually hot that would be an issue. It is clean and well appointed. I have stayed several times and will do so again. "

"Le personnel n'est pas vraiment qualifié. j'ai demandé s'il était possible d'avoir le petit déjeuner à 6h00 car devais partir à 6h30, on m'a dit ne vous inquiété tout sera prêt. j'attendais encre à 6h20."

"In meinem Zimmer gab es keine Tür zwischen Bad und Schlafzimmer, der Badlüfter war defekt. Es gab eine Lampe am Bett, aber keine Steckdose dafür. Sehr viel Lärm im Treppenhaus bis spät in die Nacht. "

" Zimmer: prima; Schiebetür Duschenraum falsch positioniert; Wasser fliesst beim Duschen in Badezimmer. Personal: logischerweise keines vorhanden.(Automat) Kaffeeautomat hat leider nicht funktioniert."
