"We have stayed at this hotel many many times before and find the beds very comfortable and generally the rooms are decent. This time the room was in dire need of an upgrade. It did appear clean but there was a lot of mould in the grout and on the tiles. We also had 2 cars with us and they wanted to charge us $22 for the first car park and $37 for the second. The carpark was half empty. The pool has lots of mould in the tiles and there was a couple of broken ones laying around. We normally find the staff friendly and helpful but not this time unfortunately. I wonder whether because we book on Expedia we get a non upgraded room. It was also very noisy at the pool area with the building going on next door. "

"Not worth a penny. It's like the guests have to beg for any response needed from the staff/s. Very unaccomodative. Don't fall for a cheapest deal. If you like your holiday stress free, don't come to this place."
