The property is huge and overwhelming at times however the selection in food options and access to parks makes it a great option if your family likes action and adventure

Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive
Everything was very good. It is far from the airport so book a shuttle. The food was average but edible and service was good. If you want beach, maybe stay closer to the core of Cancún. The lagoon and snorkelling were wonderful.

Cleanliness of rooms. Staff was super polite. However breakfast staff seemed ignore people at times which was very disappointing. Lots of space around the pool!
