    Incredible 3 BD/ 3BA condo directly on San Francisco Beach--the most beautiful beach on Cozumel. You can't stay any closer to the beach than this anywhere on the island. Huge wrap around veranda, just perfect for that evening margarita while you watch our spectacular sunsets. Walk off the veranda and sink your toes into the white sand beach that extends for miles. Swim or snorkel in the magnificent Caribbean blue water, full of exotic marine life. If you are a diver, we have a private pier for your convenient pickup and drop off. If fresh water is more to your liking, we have 2 beautiful, heated pools just steps away.

    Great restaurants are a short walk down the beach or a short drive into San Miguel. 5 star restaurants or delicious, quaint local cuisine. We provide a great, in depth restaurant guide. Or you will love cooking in our fully equipped, gourmet kitchen. In condo cook service also available for additional fee.

    2 bedrooms, both with king size beds, face the Caribbean & have their own private verandas. 3rd bedroom is small, has a queen bed & garden view. All bedrooms have private bathrooms. Queen size Aero-Bed air mattress for your comfort in the living room. Linens provided, super soft 600 count Egyptian cotton sheets, all towels including beach towels. Maid service 6 days a week.

    There is a 50" LCD TV in living room which features DISH satellite TV. Two bedrooms also have TVs. High Speed fiber optic WIFI internet connection, just bring you own laptop. Free telephone calls to USA and CANADA.
