 Villa Del Sol is an amazing beachfront villa with all the amenities you desire for a relaxing vacation. With 4 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms on two floors, it can accommodate couples, families, or groups of friends looking for privacy and luxury.  The villa can accommodate 8 adults or 10 with children.  



The infinity pool with a view of the Caribbean and lounges right on the beach are perfect for those who want to soak up the sun and enjoy the powder-soft sand that stretches for miles in both directions.



For those who want to explore the surrounding waters, the villa offers kayak and paddle board, as well as the opportunity to rent our 36' Fjord boat at a discounted rate, complete with lunch and drinks. Secluded beach hideout

Family Vacay

This was such a great place to visit with our family, the house was gorgeous along with your own pool & beach! Can you say, Paradise!! It's not far from town and the staff were accessible for our needs. I highly recommend instead of an all inclusive. We will definitely be coming back :)

Incredible home with stunning view from every room.

Family & Friends vacation was perfect at this home. The check-in process was smooth, excellent communication & prompt replies. The entire area was immaculate. We will stay here again. The location was quiet yet a quick drive to anywhere. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time at the house. Everything from Check in to check out went smoothly. We HIGHLY recommend the chef services for the stay. We had Annie and she was incredible! We even added on meals because we enjoyed her more than going out!

Family trip

This property was the perfect vacation spot for our family of 9. It was very accommodating for our range of ages. The location was perfect. The beach was phenomenal. We did not utilize the cooking service as we had 4 kids that don’t eat anything. We did most of the cooking. Grocery shopping was close. The maid service was right on everything. Would definitely return.

Paradise

Wonderful house with the most gorgeous views from every room. We had the best time celebrating birthdays and exploring the island. Recommend renting a car if you plan to explore. Highly recommend meals at the house with Sandras kitchen and hiring Sandra the concierge. She helped us plan a fabulous week of excursions, bought tickets for us, arranged taxis for our mainland adventure and offered many recommendations for restaurants and sites to see on the island. Only thing that could have been better was the beach conditions- lots of seaweed and murky water. Didn't keep us from paddleboarding and taking kiteboarding lessons, but wasn't ideal swimming or snorkeling conditions. Luckily the pool was perfect for staying cool and having lots of water time. Wish we could have stayed another week. Loved it!

Beautiful House, Superb Service

Our family of 9 (7 adults and 2 toddlers) really enjoyed our vacation at Villa Del Sol. This beautiful house has incredible views, spacious bedrooms and comfortable living spaces. The pool was a bit cool, but it had rained before we arrived. Everyone enjoyed playing on the white sandy beach. The maid service and pool/maintenance person were very polite, professional, and helpful. We hired the chef service several nights and the food was delicious. We'd highly recommend this chef service! The only downside to this incredible property was the smelly, brackish water. Due to the winds and current, we only had one day of clear water. For better water, we walked down to the pier one afternoon and then spent a day at the Cabana Private Beach club where the water was clear.

Cozumel 2024

Villa del Sole was a lovely villa in a nice neighborhood. The villa is an older villa but is maintained well. The beds are comfy and the linens and towels are nice. The cleaning lady does an amazing job and even helped clean up after a big wind storm. I highly recommend Sandra’s chefs services. The food was delicious and their staff was amazing. It was also nice having them since the villa does not have a dishwasher. I also recommend the luxury boat rentals we had a great day with Noel our captain,whose Mom coincidentally was our Chef in the house. I wish the pool got more sun, hence the water was cold, but the beach was nice. Not a huge deal but the lighting needs to be updated. Over all it was a great week.

Just book it … You will NOT be sorry!!!

This house and location are AMAZING!! The house is gorgeous and the location is spectacular! Right on the beach … literally steps away! The view from every bedroom is breathtaking! Three bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. All overlooking the pool & beach! The house is in a gated community with 24 hour guard on duty … very safe! Cleanliness of the house and grounds were impeccable! Sumey (the housekeeper) and Gerry (the groundskeeper) always kept everything spotless!! We aren’t sure, but we think Gerry has ESP … because he somehow always seemed to pop by to see how we were doing just as we realized we needed something! Too funny!! We had 3 couples staying at the house and we never once felt on top of each other or the need to “get away”. We hardly wanted to leave the house because it was so perfect! If you get the chance, book at least one day of the poolside service … you won’t regret it!! Eddie & Nancy from Sandra’s kitchen were fantastic… and the homemade sauces, pico, and beans were phenomenal!!! Also, Eddie makes killer drinks!! We were SPOILED when Eddie & Nancy were around!! Also, if you question about adding Sandra the Concierge as an additional service to your stay, do not hesitate!! She was amazing at making recommendations, getting us reservations at restaurants, taxi service during Carnival (insanely crazy time in Cozumel), and even scheduled couples massages for all of us on the beach on Valentine’s Day! This is by far the BEST place to stay!!

Perfect for a girls trip!!

Villa del Sol was amazing! We had 10 women stay for a 60th birthday celebration. The Villa was just as described. Just feet away from the beach. Great pool area too! We were so spoiled by our chefs Jorge and Fernanda. The food prepared for us was incredible and we had so much fun getting to know them. Highly recommend!! Gerry was available for anything we needed around the Villa and kept the outside area is perfect condition for us. Maria visited every day for housekeeping. It was a special week for all of us. We loved it and will be back!!!

Don’t Hesitate to Book

We stayed at Villa Sara for a week of diving in Cozumel. Ronen, the owner, is the most accommodating and pleasant owners I have worked with. This property was immaculate and well stocked with high end bedding and kitchenware. We had a staff of workers (lovely family) keeping the grounds and home immaculate and we hired Sandi and Jorge as chefs. What a treat! Villa Sara is brand new with a private dock with lounge chairs. We truly enjoyed this private oasis with our friends. We will definitely return and would not hesitate to rent any of the villas Ronen owns in Cozumel.

Great but house needs some upgrades

Loved the staff.. We had the chef services for the week and the meals were excellent. All in all it was a fabulous vacation.. However the house is nice but could use some upgrades. The bathroom trash cans were a little rusty, in a couple of rooms the shower shelves were broken and the rooms on the left of the house had a septic odor. One other thing was there was a ton of seaweed in the water and on the beach although the house pool man cleared the beach in front of the house each day. One other thing that could use replacing was the canopy of the beach pergola. Again.. We all had an amazing trip! Just a few things that need updating. Thanks for a great time!

As Advertised to the Letter

The support staff Miss Lucy, Gerry and our daily cleaning lady IS the reason we'll come back - they were so nice and anything we needed they went over board to help us. Now the house was beautiful and described correctly. We would recommend having Miss Lucy cook all meals - we're weren't impress with the dining there other than on the east side of the island which is a "must see" and speaking of that we also highly recommend renting a car - it's just easier than the Taxi service. Shopping is easy but it's not the values we were used to due to the number of cruise ships that hit Cozumel there ALL the time. The pool and beach was spotless thanks to Gerry We WILL go back mainly because we all loved Miss Lucy she was like family and we all hugged and had a tear or two because we didn't want to leave her, Gerry and the house but mostly Miss Lucy

Heaven and Great Service

We spent a week in Feb 2018. What shows the different in a good property and a great one is the responsiveness of the management team when something doesn't go perfect and how they respond. After being at the property for a couple days the newer looking refrigerator started losing coldness. Within a couple hours they had a repairman on site who fixed the problem and it started to operate fine, it had frozen up. No interruption as we were just playing cards. Two days later the same thing happened again at 6:00 Saturday. Within an hour they had repairmen at house with new parts and had it running again with a permanent fix. The property is perfect for 4 couples, TV, indoor and outdoor furniture great. Maintenance man lives next door so everything is great. Maids were great and came every day but Sunday. We hardly left the property but when we did just walk 100 yards to the main road and taxis were usually coming by in just a minute. Always ask the peso price and it will be less. 150 to 200 pesos. No need to rent a car, we just hired a driver with a van to take us around the island one day. 10 minutes to town. can walk out 100 yards from the house and the water still isn't over your head, perfect for the kids. No under tow. If this is in your price range you can't go wrong. If your looking to kick back and not the hustle and bustle of Cancun this is your place. Thanks for a wonderful week. Wayne

So Relaxing

This has to be one of the most relaxing vacations we've ever been on. We had a pool and the beach right out the back door. We had a chef come in and didn't have to lift a finger. The food was better than any all-inclusive! Such a beautiful home for adults or children.

Wonderful family vacation

What a beautiful property!! The house is exactly as listed. We were greeted by Gerry upon arrival, very helpful and welcoming! We had everything we needed and more. One piece of advice, spend the money and hire Sandra’s kitchen to prepare your meals. Lucy and Maria were incredible and extremely easy to work with. Communication through the entire process was impeccable.

Gorgeous Property In Cozumel

It is not a surprise that this villa is booked up so far in advance. This is hands down the best property that I have encountered on the island. The staff was always there to take care of all of your needs. We had the chef option which was a nice perk for the property as they provided all fresh ingredients daily, each meal was on point and we absolutely will visit again. Rented Deluxe Boat 40' for Cielo, tripped around the island and had the time of our lives with friends. Always to arrive back to a beautiful space. I would give this property and staff a 10! Exceptional.

Gorgeous Property!!

I can't say enough about this pristine house! Clean, modern, well kept! Loved Gerry raking the sand every morning and Suemy cleaning the house all week! I would recommend bug spray for the NO See Ums if you're out at dawn or dusk. I keep racking my brain on anything I'd want to hear about before I stayed but really the only things I can think of are handrails (shower, pool, stairs) they didn't affect us really but after a few cocktails it may have been safer lol. We took cabs everywhere and it added up quick. The neighbors/renters in the sister villa were super friendly and we used each other's paddle boards. I left some floaties for the pool for the next guests. There are some spices for cooking and containers with lids for leftovers. Also the water machine is like your standard 5 gallon water cooler here at an office so no need to buy extra water (we found out the hard way). Booking, check in and departure were super easy! Thank you again for a wonderful time!

Beautiful house!

We rented this house for a family vacation that we take every year. This was our first time in Cozumel and it was great. We usually go to the Bahamas because we don’t like the crowds but the adult kids wanted more excitement so they chose to go there. I found this house and thought that the pictures looked to good to be true but to our surprise it’s exactly like it shows! The grounds man Gerry, who was awesome, kept everything so clean. They yard was beautiful and private and was very safe. We had plenty of room to lounge around in without feeling like we were on top of each other. The daily house keeping was also nice and she always had the most beautiful smile on her face. Sorry I don’t know how to spell her name but she was wonderful. My daughter decided a couple of months before going that her and her fiancé wanted to get married in Cozumel. We scrambled to get more accommodations for people and they ended having another property that was available in the same area so everything worked out great. Couldn’t be happier with the vacation and will definitely be back and will stay at one of the luxury properties.
