The two bedroom apartment was good. Sparsely furnished for such a big space, but that's fine. No air con so REALLY warm. After a couple of days with all the windows open, it became tolerable.
The relationship between the owners and the front desk is strange. For example, there were no toilet rolls in the apartment - front desk gave as a couple as a favour, but said it's nothing to do with them, and we're meant to message about that kind of thing. At check out I mentioned that one of the windows doesn't close - he didn't seem too bothered, and it was hard to guess if he'd ever tell anyone about it.
Communication from the owners was dire. They use the messaging facility on this site, but don't type anything, just attach HTML files containing the messages. On my phone, they appeared as dark grey text on a black background, making them near-impossible to read. I guess those messages would have been the route to information like the WiFi password, but I couldn't read the messages, so never found out.

Beautiful hotel, really stylish and comfortable with impeccable vibes from the staff - they couldn't have been more helpful. The room was beautifully furnished with great views across the garden, and really tranquil despite it's closeness to Earls Court Rd. And fantastic cocktails in the bar - the honey drop was something else.

"Everyone was helpful and it was easy to check in/out. I was able to leave my bags prior to check in & also after check out seamlessly. The rooms were clean and I had everything I needed.
