We had a nice stay, didn't find it very easily in the airport, a lot of information on all the boards etc, would be good to send a photo of the entrance and an explanation via email before guests arrival.

Excellent facility, specious and comfy, the appliances were used and not very hygienic and in need of a deep clean. Staff are very friendly, this was my 2nd year of coming to Farnborough and staying at HQ I will still book again next year.

The apartment needs renovation. Limited number of parking spaces and thus we need to park at Crown Plaza Hotel and walk back to the apartment. If need to do laundry, need to use the shared washing machines. However, one is broke and another isn’t connected with water supply.
