In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public car park at 100 m, extra. Shop 200 m, supermarket 150 m, restaurant 250 m, bakery 200 m, 4 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Montana Poste" 60 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 350 m, bathing lake "Moubra" 1.6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, tennis 1.6 km, skisport facilities 550 m, cross country ski track 1.6 km, ice rink 500 m. Nearby attractions: Alaïa Bay 28.8 km, Alaïa Club 5.9 km. Wir genossen die Aussicht und Ruhe dieser Ferienwohnung, ebenso die Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte alles, was versprochen wurde.

Nous avons bien aimé cette location, la vue sur les Alpes et la forêt proche. Facile d'accès en transports publics avec la gare pas loin et l'arrêt de bus tout près.

Propre et bon emplacement.

La lumière dans la salle de bain doit être amélioré. Il y a deux spot au-dessus de la petite armoire, mais cela ne suffit pas pour illuminé la salle de bain. Le rideau de la douche est de couleur bruin foncé. Il faut prest ce que prendre une douche avec une lampe de poche.

Nice appartment

Close to town and bus stops. Comfortable beds and as expected for the kitchen and living room, very functional. Basically a nice place to base on skiing holiday. Great value.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons déjà séjourné plusieurs fois dans l'immeuble Les Faverges. Nous apprécions particulièrement sa situation au centre de Montana, son exposition plein sud, l'environnement, le calme et la vue sur la forêt, c'est génial. L'immeuble n'étant pas récent, l'insonorisation laisse un peu à désirer...

Die Wohnung ist herzig & gemuetlich mit super Aussicht. Um 6:15 hat es im Garten ein Reh mit Kitzen - total suess - Es lohnt sich, frueh aufzustehen! Die Venta im Bad funktioniert nicht. Bad/wc hat kein Schluessel. Hat kein Zucker, Salz, Tee, Kafee in der Wohnung. Auch Zuendhoelzer und Kerzen fehlen. Wir hatten dies bis jetzt in allen Ferienwohnungen. Hier hat es gar nichts. Bitte kauft auch neue Moltons fuer Matrazen, welche Wasserdicht sind!! Die Mechanik vom Mistkuebel sollte geflickt werden.

El apartamento está muy viejo en general. Los sofás viejos y tapicería sucia. La cocina tiene el armario del cubo de basura roto y deficiente servicio de vajilla y cubertería. La moqueta de la habitación absolutamente sucia y deteriorada por los años y el uso. Sin embargo funcionan bien el wifi, la calefacción, la mini nevera, las persianas, el agua caliente y los fogones.
