Six Senses is a great hotel in Crans Montana. The Hotel’s rooms are very nice with beautiful views and restaurants. The staff is very nice throughout the hotel and always willing to help. We will stay there again for sure. This beautiful hotel is a must if you go to Crans Montana.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, elegant, and offers everything you would expect from a luxury hotel. What truly makes it exceptional, however, is the staff. Every member of the team showed genuine dedication to ensuring guests have the best possible experience. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were outstanding across every part of the hotel. Breakfast was another highlight—beautifully presented, with an excellent variety of high-quality options that should satisfy almost every guest. My only comments concern the room. The view from the premium lake-view room felt more limited than I expected, especially considering the significant price difference. In addition, the air conditioning was not operating during my stay. I understand that the local climate is generally cool, but I still found the room uncomfortably warm until around midnight, and unfortunately the air conditioning did not help at all. Overall, this is an excellent hotel with remarkable service, and I would gladly return. With improvements to the room climate control and clearer expectations regarding the views, the experience would be close to perfect.

Six Sense la experience falls far short of expecta

Bad Japanese restaurant is a rip off and sushi is bad. Staff appear to be friendly but it’s all just pretense and are not as helpful as they claim to be. Breakfast isn’t great either. Took 20 mins for fried eggs to arrive and don’t even have sausage on the menu.

とても素敵なホテルでしたが、到着時間はお伝えしていたのに自転車レースをやっていて通行止めの時間で、タクシーを途中で降ろされてしまいました。あらかじめ教えていただきたかったです。下ろされた場所まで迎えをお願いしても(子供が具合が悪かったのもその前に伝えていたはずなのに)外で30分待たされました。その後買い物に行きたくても山道を降る説明をされましたが、レースのためか道がありませんでした。送迎サービスがあると良かったように思います。

Guter Service, sehr schlechte Aussicht

Super Service, schönes Hotel, sehr Schade dass keines der Zimmer, keines der Restaurants, Pool, SPA eine Aussicht hat über die Bergen, die Betten sind SEHR unbequem und hart. Im grossen und ganzen sehr enttäuschend, würde nie mehr in dieses Hotel gehen.
