"During check around 7.30pm , I felt recipient not very welcoming . Even if the I requested upper floor room they mentioned they don'tsee any special request from " Expedia " booking, I did it from hotels.com. Room was so cold and AC triggered several time from centralized wall mount thermostat, failed to warm up the room. Bedsheet came with holes and dirt in the bathroom. No complementary food , pay and eat still the brista keep it close mostof the time."

"The room had recently been sprayed for bugs. There were dead bugs everywhere, even in the dresser. It was not secure at all. Anyone could walk right into the building...no need for a key here. The dead bolt inside the room did not work. There were burn holes in the pillowcases. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Don't stay here! Run!!!"

"This property is very well appointed for a short or extended stay. We stayed for four nights and the kitchen was quite helpful. It is fully stocked for cooking complete meals.The neighborhood is clean, neat, and peaceful. The property is comfortable and clean and I hope to stay here again when I next stay near Providence, which is only about 10 minutes away. "

"Staying at this beautiful home made our visit GREAT! The home was clean and organized. The beds were set up beautifully with soft and great smelling towels on each bed (silly maybe, but a big deal to us) and bonus, the bathroom floor is heated. I made a special request and the property manager was very helpful. We were all very pleased. Highly recommend this property. "

"Room had a window on top of entry door that wasn't covered. So you'd effectively get all the light from the corridor into the room. Showers and toilet on the second floor are avoidable. The ones on the top floor are easier to manage. Location is not the best but it has great proximity to the city centre and airport. It's cheap for a reason."

"Our room was clean and comfortable. We only stayed 1 night so I only saw 1 employee. Overall, decent stay for the night. Everything worked as expected. "

"Exactly as described…. the host was extremely responsive. We were met with chocolate and biscotti which was a great touch! Very close to acquaint town everybody was super nice and the place was nicely decorated. Plenty of towels and soaps, showerhead good water pressure, which is really important for me. Lol great place to go walking and get some exercise. If you’re into that then you must go to Basta for a great Italian meal."
