Great location in wells, ample parking outside the pub.
Excellent and helpful staff.
Clean and cool room (great air conditioning in this weather)..
There was a pub quiz in the evening, great food, and the breakfast was wholesome and hearty’
The only issue was the smell from the bathroom (likely the sewage).

"It's in a nice area with nice views, the place was ok for 1 night, to be honest the place was pretty tired and could do with a revamp, the staff were pretty chatty, but that was amongst themselves, customers seem to be secondary."
