"I loved the way this older historic hotel has been renovated. The original floors, lobby and main rooms remind you of its history while the rooms, bedding, and amenities are up to date. The music in the various rooms changes creating an ambiance reminder of the old mixed with the new. Staff is very very attentive. I loved seeing the children at the pool, playing on the extensive lawn and all dressed in their resort casual for dinners. It reminded me of all the special reasons families love this resort. We really enjoyed the "specialness" of this place. "

"Our room was absolutely fantastic! It was like an apartment. We had a full-size kitchen, beautiful soaking tub fireplace. I couldn’t have asked for more. Wonderful pool and activities for kids. The bar and restaurant on site was fantastic. Lots of options. Food was great."

"Very nice, modern room and bathroom. Both were extremely clean! Bed very comfortable. Generally quiet but with the July 4th holiday there was occasional jovial noise! Not bothersome though. Office staff very pleasant. Easy check in and check out. Close to everything you need. Beautiful area with breathtaking scenery!"
