"We had a great stay at The Store. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony looking down on Broad Street. Thank you! The hotel is immaculate and the beds are very comfortable. After our dinner plans, we had a lovely time in the bar with friends where the seating is comfortable, service was good and drinks choice wide. Our only small complaint was the room doors. They are heavy and really bang when they shut - we were woken by neighbouring rooms in the middle of the night and very early in the morning. Maybe The Store can look into some soft close hinges?!"

"Staff were great but would not stay here again. They put us in an ‘accessible’ room which we did not need. There was barely any furniture other than a lumpy bed, a small desk/chair and 2 small stools. Had to put most belongings on the floor. Breakfasts are okay if you have a strong stomach. Would not stay here again."
