Check-in went smoothly. Room was very clean and the hotel is quiet. Please note that on Sundays, there is a charge to use the chairs by the swimming pool but it is free during the week. Sauna facilities are closed during the summer months.

A nice surprise just outside of Vicenza

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel just outside of Vicenza in the Vicentina Alta zone. I've stayed at many other hotels in the area and was always a bit let-down. They had a beautiful spa, well-equipped gym, tasty restaurant and my Junior Suite was large and comfy with a spacious bathroom which is not common in Italy

Very comfortable

An interesting place. I would visit them again. The staff were outstanding and I really can’t say enough about how helpful they were. The location was perfect for the work I was doing. My only concern was that the restaurant was a bit too fancy. Some more general options would likely increase patronage.

The hotel strives to ensure a top class service; however some basics are missed such as conditioner in the bathroom or additional heaters. Breakfast is ok with two varieties of ham but limited choices of bread and cheese or other Italian delicacy such as olives, salami, mortadella, local cheese, etc. For this hotel level, it could also provide salmon or avocado included in the hotel rate rather than at an extra cost. A big Thank You to Ms. Mimosa and the team for their excellent work on ensuring high quality of cleaning service. Also Valeria in reception is a very professional and helpful lady. I’d rate it 5 stars but there was a party at the pool with music playing loudly. When I called down to the front desk to inquire when the music will stop they said midnight. The desk clerk also said I wasn’t the only one complaining about it. Also the restaurant was closed for the same party which forced us to leave to find dinner. It wasn’t a welcoming thought since it took us 7 hours to drive to the hotel. However we did find a pizzeria close by which was delicious and fun. My recommendation is to request a room which faces the parking lot to avoid any parties that may be planned.

The staff were really friendly at the hotel and resolved an incorrect room allocation with no issue. Rooms and food were nice and the hotel had a good vibe about it. The only thing I did not like about the hotel is the fact that I had to pay to use the pool on a weekend. It seemed to me there was no one checking other guests after I had paid. It made me feel that some had not paid and were using it for free. The rest of the stay was perfect.

The breakfast is not adequate for a 4-star hotel due to the limited selection. E.g. there are no breadrolls at all, and no hard- or soft-boiled eggs. What is available is good quality, though. Noise is a big problem some nights. I consider some noise from guest activity normal at every hotel, but this hotel is a party location. On two of the four nights we stayed there were parties going on at the pool with loud DJ music until midnight. It basically enters the room almost unhindered, sleeping is impossible. The staff was not interested in helping, they just acknowledged our complaint. On the plus side, the rooms are big, modern, and clean. The pool is nice with plenty of space available. Sufficient parking available.

The spa was great but I’ve been at hotels were the spa was included with the room. Also, the eggs other than scrambled would have been great. The staff was very cordial and helpful and the room was always kept clean and in good order.

A bit out of the way but worth the stay

Very nice, friendly and reactive staff make the stay that much more pleasant. The rooms have a reasonable size and very clean. Shower and the bathroom are a bit outdated but fully functional. High quality food at the restaurant but limited opening hours. Breakfast buffet is minimalist but enough of everything. A car is a good to have otherwise not many options within walking distance.
