  • "rustico" cottage "Cascina Ulivi", surrounded by trees. Above Cremia, in the hamlet Costa, in a quiet, elevated position on a slope, 3 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: property 1'000 m2, terraced garden with trees. 150 m long bumpy, steep, narrow motor access to the house (150 m via unmade road, ramp). Stepped path (3 steps) to the house. Parking at 150 m. Grocery 1.2 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 1.3 km, bus stop 3 km, pebble beach "San Vito" 3.3 km. Marina 3.5 km. Nearby attractions: Museo della Barca Lariana, Chiesa di S.Martino, Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola, Lago di Lugano. Hiking paths: Sasso di Musso- Chiesa Santa Eufemia, Chiesa San Domenico-Cremia, Rifugio La Canua. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood. Access via a steep concrete ramp (approx. 180m wide) plus a short gravel path, not suitable for low-suspension cars. Small cars can be parked 20m from the house while the others about 150m.

Very beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Wood stove in the corridor of the raised ground floor.
