What a View!

We stayed over Thanksgiving week. It was perfect for our needs, spacious, clean, well supplied, and the view was the best!

Everything was great about our stay. It was a short weekend but the house was perfect. It was an excellent location, the house was clean, beds were comfy and it had everything you could possibly need or want. Not to mention the view was amazing! I will definitely be booking again but for a longer stay next time!

This house is beautiful inside and out. The convenience of having the docks for our boat was a huge plus. Anyime we visit the river from now on we will stay here. The home and property is well equipped with all cooking and living necessities.

Great house and location

Beautiful house, great location, beds are nice. LOts of extra blankets, games for the kids, Bathrooms are very very nice. Parking is tight. The only issue we had was there was no power to dock for lights or to charge the boats, Tiffany tired to help us but we couldn't figure it out. It was ok we enjoyed the dock anyways. We did not use the stove top because I was scared of the crack in it. We would rent again.

Property so nice we has to stay TWICE!

This was our second stay at this house and we will for sure be back AGAIN! The location and views are AMAZING! Wish we could share pics w/ the review b/c we have so many great pictures. Sunsets are amazing and fish were aplenty. This vacation was everything we didn't know we needed. We appreciated the slow down from the hustle & bustle and got some much needed R&R. The locals were all so friendly everywhere we went, and even the neighbors were super friendly. Great little fishing retreat with our boys (10 & 13).

This was the best well-stocked short-term rental we have ever stayed in! Many times, even with notes about what is provided/not provided, you have to over-pack just to have the essentials - especially regarding the kitchen - but not at this property! The location and photos were just as you see online.

The view is amazing The kitchen and appliances are very good But the house needs a deep clean, remove a lot of old stuff from the kitchen, from the batrooms, etc.

Don't Hesitate - Book TODAY!

If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, book NOW! This home has everything you could want and more! Convenient to the springs, boat rental, groceries, restaurants, etc. House was stocked with all you could need and MORE. Our family time spent on the dock was memories that will last a lifetime. The giant bait net was amazing and we "accidentally" caught a TON of crab in the trap. Our boys (8 & 12) had a BLAST! We visited the springs during the day and fished all night. House was immaculate, owners were friendly & responsive, and the private dock was incredible. We can't recommend this property enough!

Relaxing, Beautiful views and cozy!

The house was great! The owners did a great job. It’s an updated prefab with a big addition well planned facing the river. The only issues were confirmation to check in went to our spam. We tried message evolve, they never answer to this day. We tried several times on our check in day and no answer. Evolve should have noticed there was no communication from property manager to us. Which a key code we can’t access. Luckily last minute we reached out to VRBO 1800 and they gave us property manager cell #. She replied immediately. Someone should of followed up since check in day had arrived. Other than a poor communication issue. The only thing that was not up to par were the beds especially the master. The mattress is springy soft and saggy. I would invest in mattresses and go with med at the least. Aside from that, the house is great. We enjoyed breakfast lunch and dinners peacefully watching the river and beautiful sunsets. The owners did a great job with the house. Its simple and cozy. We rented a pontoon and went to the springs one day. Great getaway with 4 teenagers. We went to Kennedy space center and St Agutine. We are grateful with the owners providing there place for us to enjoy. Evolve should do a better job of communicating though.

Beautiful property

The property was beautiful and close to the venue where we were attending a wedding. Due to the hurricane there was no water pressure - however evolve was able to find us another property to shower at. Nothing beats waking up and looking at that water view in the morning!

This home has it all! It's clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The kitchen is fully stoked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, utensils, and small appliances in addition to the major appliances. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are gorgeous! We spent a lot of time fishing and crabbing off the dock. There are 2 different boat rental places nearby as well as a few very good local restaurants. The property managers are very friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions promptly. What a View definitely lives up to its name. The view is second to none. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a riverfront getaway. It's a 10!

World's Best Sunsets

This property is amazing. It is extremely comfortable! The owners have done a great job with the layout and furniture. Its as awesome as the pictures look! Our goal was to disconnect from our everyday lives and relax. Mission accomplished! This property is truly a slice of heaven. The dock is one of the most peaceful places to be. The sunsets are simply amazing. Wonderful place to enjoy the water of the St. John's River.
