Come with your family and friends and enjoy our professionally decorated VACATION HOME, centrally located between Orlando, Daytona Beach, and St. Augustine. Lake House Blue is a private home at the end of a dock that stretches over 250 feet from the land for the ultimate in privacy. This beautiful home has upscale amenities inside, including, HIGH SPEED INTERNET with DESK AND CHAIR FOR WORK FROM HOME OR STUDYING. Franklin wood Fire Place, (Quartz Counter tops & Stainless Steel Appliances) outdoor decks all around the house with a LP gas outdoor Fire Pit with Adirondack chairs.
Over the water location with fresh air abound could be one of the best places for relaxation in all of Florida...

There are two screened porches with rocking chairs, and a hammock.
Bring your boat, or use our Crab traps and fishing gear, and yes you can Fish all around the house on our docks. Relax while watching wildlife like Ospreys, Herons, Egrets, and the occasional Bald Eagle.

Fishing is good almost all year around. This lake made it's reputation with Large Mouth Bass, with tournaments coming out of Palatka on the St. Johns River.


WE CONSIDER THE LOCAL FISH THAT LIVE IN THE WATERS AROUND LAKE HOUSE BLUE AS FISH FRIENDS AND ARE VALUABLE ASSETS, ESPECIALLY THE BLUEGILL POPULATION. OUR GOAL IS TO KEEP THEM FAT AND HAPPY BECAUSE THEY ARE THE FAVORITE DISH OF OUR BIG MOUTH BASS. OUR AUTOMATIC FISH FEEDER PROVIDES THEM WITH PELLET MEALS 2 TIMES A DAY AT 10 am, and 6 pm. WE THINK THEY APPRECIATE THIS PERK AND WE ARE GLAD TO PROVIDE IT..
LAKE HOUSE BLUE IS ALL ABOUT GIVING EVERYTHING AND EVERYBODY A RESTFUL REFRESHING BREAK FROM THE PRESSURES OF DAILY LIFE.

FOR OUR BOATERS.. we have a floating EASY DOCK for your tie ups with a stationary ladder up to the main dock. Pull in, tie off, and let the dock and your boat act as one for your added convenience.

Daytona 500 one hour away: Don't miss the greatest NASCAR event of the year. Not very far away, and the perfect place to get away from the crowds and relax when it is over.
HORSEBACK RIDING is not far away. South on 17 between Barberville and DeLeon Springs...Deep Creek Stables has an excellent set up for all kinds of riding...
Also while in DeLeon Springs DON'T MISS your chance to swim in the 14 million gallon per day clear water Nature Spring and State Park. Be sure to go early so you can enjoy self made Pancakes at The Old Sugar Mill Pancake House. A crowd favorite !!

Get away from Michigan

I don't know where to start! This place was absolutely amazing! The views were breathtaking the host Make sure to provide you with absolutely everything you need! There's so many things to do to keep yourself busy! We caught a stingray, bowfin fish, crabs, and bass! It was such a fun trip will definitely be returning

Peaceful Paradise

This charming peaceful paradise has everything you would want. Tastefully decorated, spectacular views and totally private but close enough to lots of old Floridian fun. This spot is now a favorite of my families and I'm sure we will be returning.

Awesome and Unique Place to Stay!

Lake House Blue is an amazing lake house with beautiful views from decks all the way around the house. The house is very clean and well maintained. We loved fishing, crabbing and relaxing around the firepit. We hope to return one day in the future. Thank you, Dean Family, for sharing your little piece of paradise with us.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lake House Blue. The Ellis' home was very well appointed. We rented a boat for the week from Georgia Boys Marina at the recommendation from the Ellis'. We will definitely be returning to enjoy this lovely, homey vacation over the water!!

Loved this house!! Super secluded, provided everything we needed, excellent owners who communicated with us very thoroughly. Kayaks and a boat to use, rods and reels to fish. Great screened in porches for all night relaxation. The firepit on the porch was a great touch with marshmallow sticks ready! Would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to vacation in Florida!❤

Unbelievable Lake House on the water

This house has it all, lake views from every room in the house. Normally we leave our VRBO home to go out to eat but this home has everything you need to stay in. On site gas BBQ pit, fire pit, plenty of seating. A hammock overlooking the lake, great fishing all on a home located over the lake. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be back. I would highly recommend if you want to just get away and relax.

Overall great!

We enjoyed this property a lot. I wish we lived closer so we didn’t have to drive for 5 hours to get there, we’d come more often. Weather was a bit of a party pooper ( too hot) again, nobody can control that. Owners were super nice and accommodating, the house was super comfortable and well thought through. Really recommend

Peaceful Getaway

This property ranks high on our list. We first decided to book just to stay in a house in the middle of a lake. We now plan to return again. This house is so peacefully and well decorated. Truly felt like you’re staying on a boat, minus the rockiness. We did not catch any bass but a few catfish, a gar, blue crabs, and a large snapping turtle. Overall this house was amazing and a great vacation spot.

Beautiful House!

The views were amazing. The house had everything we needed including appliances. We didn’t catch fish but we caught some crabs! There was a pair of osprey in a tree nearby and spotted a bald eagle and alligators! The binoculars around the house were really useful. This was a peaceful stay and even forgot where my phone was half the time. Can’t wait to go back again!
