"A small boutique hotel, beautifully renovated and thoughtfully furnished, in a great location. Bright, comfortable and spacious rooms with high end finishes. "
"Excellent location with easy walk to seafront. Suites are excellent with great facilities for eating in. Maria was tremendous and responsive to facilitating any query you had and Olivia was brilliant at looking after us and our accommodation. Highly recommend and would stay here again. "
"The room was immaculate and very spacious. The experience was incredible; one of a kind hotel. The breakfast provided was lovely, with lots of flexibility, and the host was very helpful to provide guidance on the best restaurants in the area to eat at in the evenings.
This hotel is in an absolutely stunning location, and the room we used included an indoor pool for relaxing out of the summer heat. The whole experience was amazing; 10/10, would happily stay again."

"Staff was extremely helpful and parking was key 👌since we renting a car to go around the different cities and beaches. Its location in Chania was also great, just the shortest walk towards the old town. Definitely recommend if you plan on maximizing your trip time there"
"Wonderful hotel, with amazing views of the bay, fantastic location walking distance from the old venetian port and very friendly and helpful staff. They made us feel welcome from the very first moment we entered the lobby!"
"Casa Del Fino is a wonderful boutique hotel experience. It is centrally located in Chania. The staff is EXCELLENT. parking was easy to find once you get used to the driving and the staff was always waiting for us at the remote parking location to give us a ride back to the hotel. The rooms were spacious with very tall ceilings. Margarita, the managing director is the 8th generation of the family Delfino. She was wonderful, very helpful, friendly. there was a rooftop restaurant we really wanted to visit, however, didnt have a reservation. Margarita called and was able to secure a reservation on the rooftop overlooking the bay that same day (when reservations usually need to be made few months in advance). at the end of the dinner, the restaurant staff brought us desert that Margarita ordered for us. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE. highly recommend this hotel when visiting Chania in Crete. My family will only be staying there every time we come back. great GREAT experience. "
"We arrived late al night and there was someone waiting for us. They gave us an upgrade to a mini suite and it was excellent. It was big with all the amenities. It had a wonderful view of the port. Breakfast was very good and the location unbeatable.
Also it has a very convenient parking right beside the hotel. Highly recommended!!!"
"This will forever be my place to stay in Chania. Having been before, nothing will compete with the hospitality, kindness, location and ability to book other opportunities through the host.
I’ve been to 56 countries and I rate this location as top notch. It’s not a 4 Seasons. It’s culture, family owned and is everything you need if exploring the city daily without needing the host to bow to your every desire. Even though she does. Rebuilt after WW2, her father passed on the amazing hotel that stands. We also booked a taxi and moped through the host with ease. Along with plenty of recommendations. "
"We Loved this hotel! The owner was very nice and Aria was so fantastic to give us advice on beaches, and assure us that the drive was easy! Thank you, Aria! The hotel is SO comfortable with excellent AC and is located on the cutest street / pathway in Chania. Note: we knew nothing about parking so we parked in the closest spot we could find, walked to the hotel to check in, then reparked at a dirt parking lot not too much farther (that we knew was legal). Easy!"
