"Disrespectful neighbors. no microwave around other than the lobby. Heating and cooling didn't move to where it would be more comfortable for my wife and I. Staff was shocked that my wife and I were married and referred to us as my wife and I being friends. My wife and I are in an interracial marriage so yes she is my best friend but she's more than that, she's my wife. There was the scent of cigarettes on a floor that wasn't supposed to have smoking to include a strong odor of weed. When we asked for help at the front, the staff seemed like we were bothering them. We checked out a whole day in advance from our checkout date and had the staff member up front tell us we'll be compensated for that but when I checked my bank account, that didn't happen, they instead charged us more money. The area of the hotel is nowhere near anything useful or fun. I'll never be back or any of this hotels affiliated locations."
