"We loved our stay! It was the perfect location as we were visiting my son who goes to Umich. Walking distance to great restaurants and the amazing blank skate creamery is right across the street! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again when we go back to A2. "

"I stay here often and the staff is very friendly and accommodating every time. It would be nice to have updated rooms though. The decor is tired and old in many of the rooms I have stayed in but rooms are always clean. The Beekman products are really top notch. The restaurant staff were also very helpful and seated me where I could have my breakfast with my dog. I have stayed at other hotels in Ann Arbor and I still prefer to stay at the Kensington."
"the perfect location for a game day. we had 8 people stay here very comfortably. hosted a small gathering during the day for a birthday too and couldn't have asked for a better spot! we brought a few chairs but there was also a picnic table in the backyard and room for cornhole. the rooms are comfy, well decorated, clean. all bathrooms had plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. wifi and tv worked without issue. we would absolutely stay here again!!"

"This was a clean, comfortable space in the perfect location. It was walkable to campus, downtown, and nearby to my favorite cafes, bookstores, and shops. I was able to cook in the kitchenette and relax in a way that was more homey than a hotel, and didn't need a car to get around. The Ann Arbor Fall Festival was steps away. Touring the Big House was a highlight of our weekend!"
