The most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel!!!! Wonderful staff and property. New and modern set amongst the downtown pubs cafes and shops. Spent town nights here while exporting Kerry county. 5 star recommendations!

Beautiful hotel, decor and furnishings were lovely. The restaurant served wonderful food and the ambiance was delightful. The staff from reception to restaurant went above and beyond. We will definitely stay again!

Parking was great. Only complaints I would logged is no elevator, which means carrying luggage up stairs if not on the ground floor. The only other ‘complaint’ was that there was no tea or coffee provided in the room.

The location is literally next door to the Shannon airport. We dropped the rental off a day early knowing we could walk across the parking lot to airport. Perfect location to get around Limerick! The front desk staff (Joanne) was very helpful and knowledgeable about the restaurants and pub recommendations in the areas! The room is very spacious and clear, looking over the river. Will definite stay there again next time in town.
