Sleeping eight guests across four stunning bedrooms, it’s the perfect retreat for families and friends seeking a stylish getaway on the Norfolk coast. The property is less than 0.5 miles from a vast, sandy beach where you can while away the afternoon building sandcastles, hunting for fossils, rummaging in rock pools, and admiring the views towards Cromer Pier. There are spectacular walks to enjoy in and around West Runton, including along the long-distance Norfolk Coast Path. Further afield, spend a day in Sheringham (2 miles) enjoying the many eateries, shops and amusements or Cromer (3 miles), soaking up the traditional seaside atmosphere. Be sure to sample the famous Cromer crab in one of the many seafood restaurants, followed by a variety show at the end of the pier. Heading inland, the elegant, Georgian town of Holt (8 miles) is perfect for a spot of retail therapy, thanks to its independent shops, art galleries and boutique shops.

Just off the kitchen is a handy utility room with a washing machine. There is a ground floor king-size bedroom which features versatile zip and link beds, which can be arranged as a spacious king-size bed or two comfortable single beds to suit your preference. The room also includes an en-suite bathroom fitted with a sleek walk in shower and WC, providing added convenience and privacy. Completing the ground floor, for added convenience, you’ll find a separate shower room with WC. Heading upstairs, three tastefully decorated bedrooms await.
