"Loved that there was a picnic area and fire pit (banned when we were there though ) but didn’t have a working thermostat Maybe we were supposed to use the fire place in living room for heat but used the small space heater instead. All was great"

"Property was dated if you compare it to all the newer architecture in the area. Parking was a bit difficult but it was very busy while we were there. Staff and daily service was excellent. We felt it was good value for the cost comparatively."

"The amenities are not well maintained and need updating. Seems as though there is no limit on the number of people in the pool and hot tub area as it was very crowded. The hot tub was not working. We had to ask for a shower curtain as it was missing from our bathroom. The body wash/soap was empty in the shower. Every time someone went in or out their door nearby it was extremely loud."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The building is brand new, the furniture is brand new and the views are pretty good for being in town.Staying in July of 2026, we encountered some difficulty with Google Maps. Use the Lat/Long provided by the manager. Otherwise, Google Maps will tell you to turn right onto a busy set of railroad tracks!The building is also experiencing some new building growing pains with the security. Getting from the underground garage to the building requires stairs or good timing with the locked elevator door. I expect this will all be worked out soon.We would definitely stay here again."

"Good base camp as we hiked Banff and the surrounding area. A little road noise at night so couldn’t open windows to enjoy cool air but a nice condo. Andrew was very responsive with our needs."
