"Close to LHR although Hoppa buses were not timely but I had no issues on catching my flight. Streets near hotel were untidy with rubbish bags piling up along verges but neither comments are hotel issues. Staff were very professional."

I liked my room The bus service to and from the hotel is not run by the hotel and can be cumbersome and it’s the same bad service for all the Heathrow hotels .. if you don’t mind spending a little ..."
