"The house was very comfortable and Kevin was an attentive and responsive host. The home had everything that we needed to be comfortable from spices, dining ware, extra blankets, etc. and the house was perfectly clean. Too chilly for us to enjoy, but location is excellent and a short walk to the beach! Would definitely rent this house from Kevin again. Thank you for a great stay. "

"Great place and a great stay! We went for Christmas in Connecticut and had a wonderful time. The communication was great from the start and they are nice people. The place was wonderful with a great atmosphere and ambience. I can definitely see how this would be a great place in the summer, but also it was great in the winter. Very well decorated and furnished. I would definitely recommend this to anyone."
