GOOD VIBES LAKEFRONT CONDO

"This is a very clean and updated unit that met our expectations. It has a beautiful view of Lake Michigan and the Crystal River. The Homestead is a quiet and well-run facility with easy access to restaurants. The beach is absolutely immaculate. We had 1/2 mile of beachfront essentially to ourselves for much of the week. Glen Arbor is just a short drive with many restaurants. Our kids loved kayaking (Crystal River Outfitters in Glen Arbor) and horseback riding (Ranch Rudolf in Traverse City). Every major store you need is 30 minutes away in Traverse City. Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes is also very close. This place is outstanding!!!"

"Wonderful location, beautiful views and beach access, very clean and well stocked. Excellent communication with host. Overall this was a great vacation sit. There was no air conditioning, which only mattered a couple of days."

"We loved it and will come back. All we wanted was the beach and quiet and it was perfect for two people. The location was amazing and we were so lucky to see two bald eagles on a perch for four days. The staff at the Homestead are amazingly friendly and accommodating. "This place was so nice for our family. The location within The Homestead is amazing. The double sliding doors in the living room let in the sounds, smells, and breeze of Lake Michigan, which made the whole place feel special. The big, deep couch was perfect for my wife and me and our two kids. After long, adventurous days, we’d all cuddle up together and watch a movie. There honestly wasn’t anywhere I would rather have been in those moments. We made some great family memories here and will definitely be hoping to stay again!"

"The view from our condo was magnificent Most places on this property have to drive to the beach. If you are renting from an owner you have no access to pools or the Beach Club restaurant. Some things to consider.The property is well landscaped most are in the woods."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo had all the necessary things to make the stay comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and everything functioned properly. I would stay again but thankfully the temperature was cooler as there is no air conditioning. Also a suggestion if possible, better bathroom ventilation - the fan light combo does very little to pull moisture from the room."

"We had a wonderful vacation at Great Lakes # 5! We were able to utilize the kayaks, beach chairs, and tubes provided. The location is perfect on the Crystal River & steps away from Lake Michigan. We enjoyed the beautiful beaches and sunset every day of our trip. The condo is very clean and freshly updated."

"The location is very nice, beautiful river the beach and dune is super close. Communication excellent, check in great. Access to trails and River perfect and place was clean. A few things were broken like blinds and loose dishwasher, neighbors above very loud but all in all I had a great time and would do it again. This area is so beautiful, a trip here is well worth it and this place is pretty reasonable considering the location,"
