"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our little family has been coming to Brookhaven the past several years. The location is incredible. Sunset views of Glen Lake. Fire pit, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. The little cottage has everything we need for a week up north. And honestly, we spend most of our time outside and visiting the little towns around Glen arbor. :)"

Air conditioners in the cabins was definitely a plus. We love being able to sit on the deck, watch the water and enjoy each other’s company."

"we were looking for just a couple nights close to Sleeping Bear area to hike and bike and this location was perfect. We had a room on the upper level getting a cooler up the stairs was a challenge but not a deal breaker for sure, and BTW we are active seniors so that might not be any problem for younger people. We used the grill and had a meal outside on the deck, walked down the the beach one morning for coffee and in the evening to swim and used the kyacks. The firepit looks awesome but it was too hot to have a fire. We had a kitchenette and worked out great for making breakfast. It had everything we needed. It was quite at night. Would definatly come back again."

"Perfectly situated house for a family get together (8 adults, 6 kids). Multiple rooms and extra mattresses made for comfy sleeping quarters for adults and kids alike. Kitchen is well stocked with pantry staples (salt, pepper, olive oils, additional seasonings). Numerous blankets, beach towels and bathroom towels made for less laundry and buckets allowed for easy transport to the lake. We rented a speedboat and it was delivered to the property for docking. Owner was prompt with providing address and responding about options for securing the boat which allowed for a seamless process.The property does require crossing M22 to reach the lake, but we encountered no issues. Garage is stocked with life vests, paddle-board, chairs and a host of other beach/lake toys. Would rent again without hesitation."
