"Clean comfortable beds. Good variety of breakfast items and near Busch Gardens. We walked to and from the park and its about 1 mile from the hotel to the front gate. Flat walk and we were lucky it wasnt too hot while visiting the Park. We didnt use the pool but several gueats enjoyed it. Even a few ducks liked the pool. We would stay here again. "

"The toilet was broken and in need of repair. Refrigerator was leaking water. Other than that, whoever made the decision to switch the toilets over needs to be fired"

"The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle was convenient. "

"Just stayed one night, didn’t used any amenities. The only disappointment was I purchased bottle water and a bag of popcorn couldn’t use cash and had to use the self-machine even through staff was present. I didn’t want to use my cash for such a small amount. 😏"

"Customer service was friendly except for one lady in housekeeping we overheard loudly complaining about having to put out towels. Parking was great. Room was clean except for the two chairs located at the desk and beside the bed. Both of which have stains resulting from previous guest's poor rectal hygiene. Butt stains. Very gross. Breakfast was fine except the eggs and sausage. The eggs and sausage were cold and had been left in the danger zone for too long. My wife got sick from the eggs and sausage. I did not eat any of it. Everything else was fine."

"I was pleased with the accommodations. The employees at the check-in counter were courteous & efficient. My only suggestion is for the check-in/ checkout staff to smile more. It would make people feel more welcomed and it may increase the possibility that they will stay at the hotel again. "
