Cuadra San Francisco

This place exceeded my expectations. Our room was upgraded, and the villas were beautiful, clean, and spacious; the beds were very comfortable, and we had anything we could ever need as we upgraded to the Premium All-Inclusive Package. The grounds were well kept, and the service from all staff members was amazing. We ventured around the resort and found the other pool areas and the restaurants and swim-up bars. The pool area at El Encanto was our son's favorite! All the restaurants had great food options, even for kids, great service from all employees, and everyone was very helpful. The shuttle to the sister resort came in handy when you want to go to the other restaurants, walk downtown, go on excursions, or go shopping. I would totally stay here again; this place was very good to us, and they are constantly working on upgrades throughout the property. I plan to come back here with extended family next year for sure!
