The room's ceiling was low. The pool was uninviting. The female bartender needs to learn how to treat customers respectfully! A nice guest I met at the hotel rescued my stay.

This was a great place to stay for our last night in Porto. We arrived from Santiago in the bus and contacted the hotel to get a shuttle. They sent a video to help us find the way-super helpful!!! The room was comfortably cooled, and the bed was comfy. Small fitness center but clean with decent equipment. The breakfast was great; we especially enjoyed the fresh orange juice machine! Finally, Sergio (at the front desk)was so helpful and friendly!!
