Cuckney Holidays

The room and furnishing were very dated. I wiped the end tables and the coffee station with a wet wipe as they were quite dusty. The bathtub had rust damage so a bath was out of the question. Shower was fine. The trash cans were not emptied during my stay, the towels not changed. The bed seemed clean though and fairly comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was tasty.

Varied breakfast, main lobby decor is modern but the rest of the hotel, especially the rooms and very tired and dated.

Great spot and always a great hotel

One woman in the dining area was rude.

Booked in and couldn’t even book in for the spa as it was fully booked because of a wedding. No email sent suggesting I needed to book. I only wanted to use the sauna. Lots of other people complained about the same thing.
