"Did not care for the check in lockbox---no staff to handle people checking in for the 1st time??--was unnecessarily confusing and stress producing. Not good

"I had an ok experience, they did not have extra fresh linens after my son spilled juice they didn't have any extra pillows, the continental breakfast is non-existent you get a bag breakfast which consists of a juice box a muffin and a yogurt. My stay was nothing like the reviews online I give a -3 stars (that's a negative 3)"
