"Upon arrival around 5:00 pm the front desk person wasn’t very helpful. After returning around 10:30 that evening the front desk staff didn’t greet us or acknowledge we were there"

"This would be a 5 star rating- as we always love St Kate’s. This time however we used the pullout bed and found a sock and underwear. "

"The breakfast was great, wish they had bacon as well. Staff is great, late night bar was a good thing. We did note something paranormal happening in our room 500. My wife said someone was whispering in her ear. We also noted a clasp moving on one of bags, we would stop it then it would start again. Nothing scary, actually kinda cool. Overall great stay."

"Great hotel, slightly overpriced, and no place to park unless you wanna pay the $52/ day hotel valet."

"This hotel hosts an event during the weekend of the Kentucky Derby. Unless you are attending the event- I would avoid the hotel during this weekend. Many hotel amenities are adjusted to cater to those participating in the Derby event- it’s not beneficial for guests who are not."

"Over all was a good experience. Room was clean. However couldn’t get the a/c work. The outlet next to the bed didn’t work and the vent in the bathroom didn’t work. Shower was pretty good. Mattress was kind of hard, I prefer something more soft. When arriving park in the parking garage and then go in and check in. Loading area out front was always full. Was fairly quiet also."
