Home was fantastic and perfect for our family of five. We didn’t spend much time at the house but it has everything you’d need with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer. The home is well maintained and the bikes and golf cart are great additions to the rental. Communicated with the host a couple times during our stay and she was great. Would recommend the property and would stay here again.

Very clean and nice home. Host was quick to respond. There was a lot of seaweed which made it difficult to take our boat in/out. We had to manually pull/push it to avoid seaweed getting into the engine. The community pool is very nice and well maintained.

Everything was great. This is a very modern property with nicely updated kitchen and bathroom. Everything works as it should. There’s a covered parking spot. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the little park a couple hundred feet from the house. We will stay here again if it’s available.

This home is really nice and clean. A perfect modern stay. The location is more like a mobile home park so it does give a retirement vibe. But we didn’t really stay on site so it was good for us. The waters outside your door can get really ugly, full of gulfweed and also gets smelly which I was not expecting. Trash also comes with the tides so it’s not the best view but it does change daily. The bikes were too rusty to use and the tires were flat. But we used the golf cart mostly. Everybody uses a golf cart to get around so this was a great perk! Wish we could have taken the golf cart outside the park so we could tour the area more. Key West is about a 30 min drive and that’s the only regret we had…wish we were closer to zero mile! Overall it was great for us and hope this review helps those looking to stay.

We had such an amazing time! We felt very welcomed and the place was so nice and sweet and laid back. Having security there 24 hours a day 7 days a week was a nice perk and the pool and hot tub were Amazing. The condo itself could not have been cuter, and the location right there on the channel was perfect for sunrises and sunsets. We are already trying to figure out when we can get back down there!

We really enjoyed our stay. This house is incredibly clean, modern and everything you need for a stay in the keys. The location fit our needs perfectly. Excellent location!

Spent a wonderful week here with our teen daughter. Loved having the option of riding bikes down to the pool. The location was perfect, right between Key West and Marathon Key. We found fun adventures within a short drive each day. Also enjoyed getting to know other people who were staying in the gated community resort! We’d love to come back!

Everything was smooth sailing from booking on through to arrival - rental was very clean, equipped with everything we needed. Venture Out community has lots to do and a great vibe. Property was well stocked with everything you need. Great location. Only minor thing was had to fill out same paperwork 2-3 times when checking in because they didn’t have it… assuming it was a communication issue between host and security. All in all I would highly recommend.
