THE PROPERTY: Welcome to your private rocking chair front porch and tropical, Adult Only setting! As you enter your quaint cottage, you can sit back and relax in the comfortable living room with ample seating for you and your guests. The room is enhanced by a vaulted ceiling, coveted Dade County pine, and French doors that lead out to the lush gardens. A wet bar area is complete with a beverage refrigerator, a bar sink, microwave and a coffee maker. Beyond the family room is a convenient first-floor full bath with a walk-in shower. Just outside this bath is an open staircase that provides access to the upstairs open loft bedroom. This sleeping area has a window and is complete with a queen bed, chair, lamps, and dresser storage. Towards the rear of the home is the sunny first floor primary ensuite bedroom with king bed, storage closet and French doors. The ensuite bath has a beautiful walk-in shower, double sinks, and enclosed water closet. Enjoy island life in Hibiscus Cottage- a convenient location with a shared pool!

BED CONFIGURATION: One king bed on the first floor and a queen bed in the upstairs open loft space.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: A large shared pool is available for Hibiscus Cottage guests; it is located at the back of the complex and is surrounded by swaying palms and tropical landscaping. Loungers are in place for your use.

PARKING: No designated parking. Limited on-street parking may be available in the neighborhood.

LOCATION: Historic Old Town, walkable to Duval Street, shops, bars, and restaurants. Enjoy nearby entertainment on Mallory Square.

PETS: This home is NOT pet-friendly. (If you have pets, please browse through our many homes that are pet friendly).
