The Villa is located in the Cap Blanc Residential Urbanization. Located 5 km from the center of the town of Cullera and 1km from the Cullera Lighthouse, it has numerous restaurants in the area, a pharmacy, a health post and numerous local businesses. Very close to the “English beach”. The nearest supermarket is located 800m away and has home delivery service. Located in front of Cap Blanc beach, it is perfect for practicing water sports such as windsurfing and snorkeling. Etc. The highlights are its impressive sunsets and the fine sand of its beach. Great location, pity about the utensils

This lovely villa in a fabulous location is let down by the poor maintenance and inadequate supplies. Several light bulbs need replacing; the aircon units are extremely dusty, blowing detritus into the room when first turned on; flush on downstairs loo doesn't always shut off and we had to buy a knife sharpener to get useable knives. Plus this is the first time we've arrived at a self-catering property – and we've done lots – with no supplies in the kitchen; nada: no condiments, no welcome tea/coffee/milk, absolutely nothing. Luckily we had half-an-hour before the supermarket closed for 36 hours. Appalling service!
