"From the moment you arrive you’ll be made feel extremely welcome. Great friendly and helpful staff always in full view and willing to help with any inquiries you may have.There is a choice of restaurants within the resort plus a great little gastro pub within walking distance, but if needed the resort will drive you there. Great location and only 2 km from the Middleton to Youghal green way which is extremely well worth the trip. Great golfing on site also. Well worth a visit. Breakfast is excellent!"

"Had a lovely night stay in Garryvoe, lovely quiet hotel and great amenities. Pool a little small but fine for a dip. Our all important bunny was left In the hotel, the staff were fantastic getting it back to us with a little note also ☺️ would return."

"The front door was broken, the curtains were hanging off in places, the kitchen windows couldn't be opened and the handle broken, the couches were grubby, the outdoor space in the back was unmaintained, grubby covered in weeds, old cigarette butts and had a random door in it, the outdoor front area was grubby and unkempt, long grass not suitable for kids to play. The pool in the hotel is a walkable distance but you have to play to enter €5/child, €12/adult which was not stated when booking. 2 bathrooms both with shelves broken from the mirror, guests nextdoor were shouting and fighting for hours- when I contacted the property at midnight nothing was done and then property manager rang me twice at 4am!! Not worth the money which is a shame as the beach and location is beautiful. Also the welcome booklet with guest information was all torn and shabby. Very disappointing."
