APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Tiyana Cusco rents completely independent vacation apartments in a typical family building in modern Cusco style. The internal courtyard and the panoramic terrace on the fourth floor are shared spaces available to guests.

- Apartment Andino 102 is located on the first floor (no stairs required). Just one block from the famous San Blas market, the apartment overlooks the internal patio. It consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, a study, and an open-plan space with separate living room and kitchen areas.

The interior doesn't enjoy much natural light, but just outside the door you'll find the courtyard, furnished with a comfortable sofa (private) and garden tables (shared). Furthermore, on the fourth floor, there is access to a bright panoramic terrace (shared) with views of the city of Cusco and the surrounding mountains.

- The living room offers a comfortable sofa, a dining table for 2-3 people, and a smart TV.

- The kitchen is small but well-equipped with a microwave and a four-burner stove (no oven). A drip coffee maker and kettle are available.

- The master bedroom has double bed (135 x 190 cm) with premium mattress and a spacious closet. From the bedroom, access to a small laundry area where you can hang out laundry and hand wash.

- The bathroom is full and offers a gas shower (24/7 hot water). The bathroom is ventilated.

- Finally, the study that overlooks the interior patio and is equipped with a spacious desk and chair.

1- We care about sustainability we offer a water purifier, soap dispensers, and two separate trash cans so you can recycle! In return, we ask you to use water and electricity responsibly.

2- We meet all immigration and tax requirements imposed by our country, so:
--- If you are Peruvian or resident in Peru, we will ask you to pay the IGV (18%).
--- If you are a foreigner, we will ask you to present a passport photo of all guests to complete the required registration.

3. There are 4 beautiful kittens living with us, and they can occasionally be seen wandering around the steps or in the courtyard of the building! They are usually very shy and hide, but sometimes they let you pet them!

Great hosts, perfect location for San Blas

My hosts were so communicative and helpful. They went so far as to book me a cab pick up from the airport at 1 am, and sure enough someone was waiting with my name on a whiteboard. The walls of the place are thin, so it gets a little noisy early in the morning. Other than that and colder temps in the winter, it was a great, comfortable stay.
Stayed 3 nights in Jul 2025
