What a great experience! From getting me into my room waaaay earlier bc of my flight arrival time and hooking me up with a car at the airport- plus great breakfast included with incredible views. Location was unmatched. Located right on Plaza de Armas. Plenty of food and shopping in the area. Safe at all hours. Staff was friendly and ready to help. There is a roof top terrace no one used that was a great place to relax.

Everything about this hotel is nice. Service, cleaningness, location, complementary breakfast. It makes me feel home everytime. If you stay in town after check-out they keep your suitcases and let you access it as many times as you need. Highly recommended!
