Didn’t like this property. Not worth the price paid. Have to pay for coffee, regular coffee is so basic and should be included part of the steep price paid. Check out was terrible. Only one employee at desk at checkout time, made no sense. Would no recommend this hotel to my friends or family.

The hotel is in a fantastic location and the staff courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean and very spacious. I had the buffet breakfast and dinner and they are absolute value for money and rich in options. The courtyard is beautiful and makes for a great setting to unwind at the end of the day.

Hotel is in a cool building. However service are poor. Quality of food for both dinner and breakfast disappointing and room old with shower not working properly. Staff at check out very poor and not well trained.

Great hotel in a quiet side street close to Plaza de Armas. Very cozy, you feel like you are in Cusco. Staff was excellent. Only downsides were the bar (its kind of a joke), we wish there was one. And another downside was the spa. We got massages but my masseuse (Jasmin) thought she was a chiropractor as she decided it was a good idea to crack my neck putting me at risk. This is an unusual and fantastic property. The accommodations, level of service and location are all exceptional. The hotel is an adapted 16th century building and the lobby and restaurant are actually in a covered historic courtyard. The food was great and represented the local cuisine well. We stayed there a couple of days to acclimate before heading to Machu Picchu. While we were away, they stored our excess bags. When we returned to spend another night, they remembered us, and a young employee named Lucero not only helped resolve a booking issue she even gave us a free upgraded room. There was a fun bartender named Diego who even remembered what type of drink I enjoyed when we stayed there days before. You could not go wrong by staying there.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The room whilst basic and a bit tired was comfortable and had a nice view onto the garden. The courtyard area was the highlight and a great space for a relaxed dinner. The buffet breakfast was delicious and one of the best we had during our travels.

Nice hotel
My daughter and I stayed at Novotel Cusco during a recent trip to Peru. The beautiful lobby atrium is one of the nicest things about this hotel. We had breakfast there (not complimentary) and it was a nice setting. The hotel is in a great location, a few blocks from the city center and the cathedral. It is clean and the employees are all very friendly. The room was a bit of a disappointment. It was a decent size but the lighting was not good and there was no ceiling fan or AC. On a warm September night we had to choose between a warm room or leaving the window open and dealing with noise from the street and alleyway below. For a high end hotel I would have expected a bit more from the room. With other options in town that were better, not sure I would stay here again.
