"We thoroughly enjoyed are stay! The pool and AC were a welcome relief from the heat. The hosts were excellent and we loved hearing about the work they’ve done to the house and the history of the delicious cassoulet they served up in the evening. I wish we’d stayed for longer."

"Remarkable overnight find. Friendly, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
Only problem was I couldn't get the air to work despite a french instruction label which made sleeping a little difficle"

"Florence, It was a pleasure visiting your home and town. We enjoyed staying in your big and spacious room. The towels smelled delicious (we really appreciated that!). Thank you for your kindness and allowing us to switch the day of our stay. It was a pleasure meeting you!"

"Close to center of town and also to the castle. Both a short walk, parking can be challenging so leave your car and just walk from your stay. Breakfast included, and host Catherine was super helpful with our heavy luggage."

"We spent one night here on 30th August and regretted not staying longer. Beautiful hotel, lovely staff and great views of the citadel ramparts. The hotel is at the famous Narbonne gate entrance to the citadel and we had a wonderful time with family and friends in Place Marcou. We will definitely return at a future date."
"We stayed here with a family of four - the beds were great, updated and super clean bathroom and very kind service. It wasn’t super hot when we visited so can’t speak to the AC under hot weather. But was great for us. Would definitely recommend for! Small rooms of course but to be expected. The rooftop terrace offers spectacular views of Carcassonne!"
"A brilliant location in the shadow of the ramparts with an indoor and outdoor breakfast area. Breakfast isn't cheap, but it is value for money. A very short walk to the Narbonne Gate leading into the main streets of the citadel. My room was bright and funky, a short walk from the main building, with access to the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. There is also a peaceful, covered sitting area near the pool. 24 hour reception, with 24 hour available for drinks and snacks.
There is a small but lovely spa area, with a pool and various treatments for couples and individuals.
All the staff was charming and helpful. I didn't want to leave."
"The apartment perfectly situated; within an easy walk to Carcassonne Castle. It is about 10 mins walk from the market squares and restaurants. Across the road from the accommodation is a street full of restaurants and cafes. There were craft stalls Fridays during August. At the end of this street you can walk over the old footbridge to the main town. Carcasonne is an ideal base from which to explore the Occitanie region.
The apartment was very clean, comfortable and excellent value with integral A/C, balcony, secure free parking, EV charging point and towels provided. The kitchen was well equipped apart from not having a cook’s knife or cafeteria to brew our own coffee. Staff were excellent and spoke English. Breakfast and dinner are offered on site for an additional price. Would highly recommend!"
