This 80 sqm, modern apartment with real wood floors offers, with its 2 bedrooms, space for up to 5 people and is located in the first row of the beach, just a few meters from Duhner Strand. You can enjoy the magnificent lake view from the bright living room and the front bedroom. In the living room with a comfortable sofa and a large flat screen TV, there is also the dining area, which in turn borders on the open kitchen. This is equipped with all common kitchen utensils and also offers a microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher and a ceramic hob. The spacious bathroom has a shower and toilet. On the large west terrace, which is equipped with comfortable garden furniture, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the North Sea and the island of Neuwerk as far as the world shipping line. Of course, the apartment is also equipped with free WiFi. A parking space for the car is in the underground garage, where you can also park your bikes in a separate room.

Tolle Lage, zu Fuß alles gut zu erreichen . Wohnung ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet . Ein Fernseher im zweiten Schlafzimmer fehlt. Die Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage war sehr eng. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden wieder buchen .

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut. Die Terasse ist groß genung und der Blick auf das Meer ist nicht verbaut. Das Auto kann direkt unter der Wohnung in einer Tiefgarage geparkt werden. Die Zufahrtstraße zu den Ferienwohnungen ist doch relativ eng. Was ich sehr schade finde, ist, das die Gegend mit Häusern zugebaut wird. Und das doch sehr nah am Strand. Die Wohnung selber war sehr gut und hat uns gut gefallen, die Einrichtung ist voll ausreichend. Dass das Auto in einer Tiefgarage steht, finde ich auch sehr gut.

Schöner Urlaub

Hervorragend! Lage ist der Wahnsinn (Blue Ocean, Wohnung 8)! Parkplatz hervorragend), direkter Blick auf das Wasser bei jeder Mahlzeit auf der Terrasse! Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen! Es gibt in der Wohnung paar Kleinigkeiten (fehlender Lampenschirm im Schlafzimmer, Duschtür musste repariert werden, Unterbauleuchten Küche gehen nicht), ansonsten ließ die Sauberkeit Luft nach oben (Sand in allen Ritzen im Sofa, Spinnweben, alte Muscheln vom Vorgänger auf der Terrasse, Rollladen müssen gereinigt werden, Geschirr war teilweise schmutzig, Geschirrspüler hatte unangenehmen Geruch, haben wir selbst behoben), TROTZDEM gibt es für mich eine klare Empfehlung für ALLE!!! Platz für Fahrräder ist auch vorhanden!!

Das Objekt und der Standort sind top. In der Wohnung gab es am Inventar doch einige Mängel. Das eine elektrische Rollade nicht hochzufahren war, wurde uns schon bei Abholung der Schlüssel mitgeteilt.Desweiteren hing eine Schranktür am Fernsehschrank schief, die drei Unterbaulampen an den Oberschränken in der Küche waren ohne Funktion, die Nachttischleuchte im 2. Schlafzimmer fiel auseinander,der untere Rollwagen in Spülmaschine war defekt, bei dem Handtuchständer im Bad ist nach einmaliger Belastung durch ein Handtuch die Aufhängemöglichkeit abgebrochen und am Abreisetag fiel auch noch die Beleuchtung der Dunstabzuhaube aus. Die Mängel wurden der Argentur mitgeteilt.
