Schönes kleines Häuschen. Hätte etwas sauberer sein können. War vermutlich etwas länger nicht vermietet. Super auch für Urlaub mit Hund, eingezäunter Garten und viele Spaziergeh Möglichkeiten.Leider außer Promenade, da ist der Aufenthalt für Hunde nicht gestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Im Kampweg 16 haben wir uns mit unserem Hund willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir möchten gerne wieder mit Eurer Hilfe in diesem tollen Haus Urlaub machen. Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Eure Serviceidee mit den köstlichen Donuts war grandios und hat die Geburtstagsfeier unseres Enkels mit diesem Highlight versüßt. Der Service eures Teams ist Spitze. Die Entscheidung der Kommune, dass der Müll nur alle vier Wochen abgeholt wird, ist im heißen Sommer allerdings sehr fragwürdig. Wir haben nur volle, stinkende Tonnen von unseren Vormietern erleben müssen. Das MUSS dringend abgeändert werden.

Kleines gepflegtes Haus mit gepflegten eingezäunten Grundstück. Küche und Bad sind sehr beengt, aber es ist alles vorhanden und funktionstüchtig. Die Betreuung von Cuxland FeWo Service war ausgezeichnet Das Mobiliar müsste teilweise ausgetauscht werden, da es einige Abnutzungserscheinungen aufweist.

Super schöner Kurztrip

Das Haus ist klein aber sehr gemütlich und sauber. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Der eingezäunte Garten ist super mit Hund. Wir hatten absolute Ruhe weil wir außerhalb der Saison dort waren. Fußläufig kann man die Geschäfte und Restaurant schnell erreichen. Es hat uns sehr gefallen.

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön. Das eine Zimmer ist sehr klein, aber okay. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt steht leider keine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Der Garten ist für Kinder und natürlich auch für Erwachsene sehr schön Die Treppe ist für Kinder sehr gefährlich. Ein Treppenschutz wäre oben wirklich sinnvoll !

Anfangsschwierigkeiten

Wir haben zunächst falsche Schlüssel erhalten. Nachdem uns die richtigen gebracht wurden mussten wir feststellen, dass die Heizung defekt war. Bis alles lief war es nach 21 Uhr. Das kleine Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet aber sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Das Geschirr war trotz vorhandenem Geschirrspüler nicht immer sauber.

Das Häuschen ist klein und süß. Der Garten ist eingezäunt, prima für einen Hund. Die Stadt Cuxhaven hat uns alle vier nicht so nachhaltig beeindruckt. Aber das ist ja zum Glück Geschmackssache. Schade fanden wir, dass der Strandbereich nur in kleinen Ecken für Hunde zugelassen war, auch im April bei sehr wenig Touri Betrieb. Die Vermietungs-Agentur war toll. Einmal ging die Heizung nicht, da kam doch echt am Abend noch ein Monteur und hat sie wieder flott gemacht. Und unser vergessener Schlüsselbund wurde nach unserer Heimfahrt von einem netten Mitarbeiter gesucht, gefunden und zu uns nach Hause geschickt. Super Service. Danke noch mal.
