"Amazing slice of heaven right here. So much privacy. They have the best spot along the Chipola River. The kayaking was wonderful. We enjoyed everything about this lovely cabin. Cooked on the little grill, had a fire in the fire pit and roasted marshmallows for smores. Felt like we were staying at our grandma's house. So many personal family touches in the cabin. Everything in the kitchen you could need. Bring food because there is nothing close. Small grocery in Altha and another in Blountstown. Bed is firm but comfortable. Dawn was a great host and forgiving (because i made a booking mistake). We didnt want to leave and would love to visit again."

"There was no attendant at the front desk at check in. It was a video attendant not on property. Beds were rock hard. Very run down and dingy."

"This place was cozy and relaxing. The property is beautiful and feeding the goats was a huge plus for me. Three Rivers State park is literally two minutes away and it’s a wonderful place to spend the day hiking and exploring. The people of Sneads and the surrounding area are sweet and kind. I recommend booking this spot if you want to unplug from the world for a bit. "
