"Such a beautiful view from the balcony to drink your morning coffee on. Easy beach access made it easy to lay on the beach all day and I found a lot of really pretty shells at the shore line. Super close to good restaurants and several stores. My husband and I loved walking down the beach for dinner at Schooners less than a mile from the condo. We will absolutely be back!!"

It was the perfect spot to hang out, enjoy the view, and spend time together, whether it was morning coffee or winding down in the evening.The kitchen was fantastic—spacious, well-equipped, and ideal for cooking meals for a larger group. It made everything so convenient and really added to the overall experience.The beds were very comfortable, which made a big difference after long days out. Everyone in our group slept great!Overall, this condo checked every box for us—plenty of space, great amenities, and a layout that worked perfectly for a group our size. "This was our second year in a row staying in this unit for spring break. We love the condo amenities & the unit itself is fantastic for families. We slept very comfortably & LOVE the fact that the unit was our home away from home for a week. With a full kitchen, we were able to cook all week. The living space is large enough to accommodate the entire family inside & out! The oversized balcony is perfect for kids to give them enough space to enjoy outside without being crammed or it feeling unsafe. Super glad we chose to stay here again! "

"It was a great property. Very quiet area like abnormally quiet at night. Very cozy and pleasant house. We walked to the beach twice in no time. Very nice and relaxing walk to the beach. Negatives: Two things, I have to address. Please deep clean the couch seats. Possibly a rug doctor. They were saturated with deep stains in them possibly from guests having pets. Maybe air out the house longer when guests have dogs. Other than that no issues. It was a very pleasant experience. "

"Amazing view of the gulf and condo met our needs exactly as listed. Very comfortable for 6 people to stay. The building is a bit older but well maintained and the pools were great. One was heated and the other two were not so great to jump in and cool off. Beach set up was perfect and easy. Once we knew just to check in on the first day, we were able to keep the same set of chairs for the entire stay. We loved being south of the main part of the city sure was a little more quiet and family friendly. Would definitely stay again. "

Only issue I had was it smelled like a dog, and my allergies had a breakout as if a cat may have been they're prior to our stay. But it is a pet friendly home, so I understand. Overall great accommodations and loved, loved the location!!"
