"I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my recent stay at Radisson Beachfront Hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was substandard in several critical areas, primarily regarding hygiene and professional conduct. Housekeeping standards were inadequate. The bed linens were visibly stained and appeared to have not been laundered prior to my arrival. The level of service provided by the front desk and management was equally disappointing… While the room offered a beautiful view of the ocean."
