"Beautiful hotel in a great location! Right on the beach near several restaurants and activities. Room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent as well!"

"The hotel is an old hotel which means it needs extra attention which I feel is not being given. The first room we were given, the sink was leaking in the floor. We were moved to another room. The floors were filthy. We bought our own swiffer and cleaner and cleaned the floors. The last night we were there, the people in the room next to us had the TV up as loud as it could go. I complained to the front desk. They sent security to the room but they couldn’t get anyone to come to the door. My husband finally went to the front desk and their answer was to move rooms again in the middle of the night. Apparently the TV had been on long enough that it went into sleep mode and I was able to get to sleep to be woken up again at 3 am to their loud TV once again. The pool was nice and the location is very convenient."

"First let me stay this was my first time traveling to Florida and I couldn’t have picked a better time for my 40th Birthday weekend. When we arrived the staff was so polite and professional. Everything was given to us at the front desk including info about restaurants and activities. Parking was free and with plenty of spaces available. The room was very spacious, clean, and looked just like the picture. As soon as we walked out the door; the amazing ocean view was to the left. The only problem was the outlet connected to the lamp between the bed wasn’t working but that’s a minor issue. The appliances were clean and stocked for use. The walk to the pool was short and we enjoyed the tiki bar as well. Restaurants and stores were really close by either on walking distance or by vehicle. Let’s just say I booked a penthouse suite to bring my family back before I checker out. Thank you all for a wonderland first time experience! I will continue using this hotel in the near future."

"I was not told that the hot tub was not working until I checked in. And it did not get fixed/addressed during the next five days that I was there. I also had to ask each day for clean towels and for the door leading outside to the pool to be unlocked. However, the room was clean and the hotel is in a convenient location."

"First things First, while in transit to the hotel I got an email from them saying I needed to pay before 6pm or my reservation would be canceled, i called and explained to them that when booking online I chose the option to pay at the property, I was told that because people make reservations and don't show up therefore they needed payment, which i did, upon arrival I spoke to Umme at the front desk, she was very nice and allowed us to check in early, without an additional charge. When we got to our suite, the space was adequate but it looked as though it hadn't been deep cleaned in a few years! The bathroom had an upgrade maybe a few years ago, but didn't look very clean, so we had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean before touching anything, because neither the bedroom nor bathroom seemed very clean, but hey it's oceanfront so it'll be ok..well the only USB and outlet bedside didn't work, and the toilet ran nonstop, they came and fixed both but we also had to buy an extension cord to reach the other side of the bed. Getting ready for check out, I took the pillowcase off one of the pillows to find dried blood! Please, if you book here beware. Maybe it was just our room, was not good. But the balcony was huge and the LG TV's were nice, and the water in the shower was hot and had nice pressure, there were little wins which I wish were more but it wasn't"
