"My only beef is I think owners should provide more instant communication other than email. We always did when we were owners. Also you should not require guests to wash their dishes if there is no dishwasher. We cleaned them very well but there is no guarantee your guests will do a good job washing their dishes."

"The property was just as described. It was a short walk from the beach and from the Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants. There are also many restaurants and shops just below the property. The communication was excellent, and we enjoyed our weekend. I would stay at a property managed by David again."

"My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Shore Thing 30A! The unit had everything we needed and more. It was close to the beach access, had great pools, and we even enjoyed live music in the green space below the building. The location was absolutely perfect! Easy walk to lots of wonderful restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. We had incredible meals at 30A Amigos and George’s. Seacrest Sundries right beside the building has anything you might need. Thank you for an incredible stay!"

"We absolutely loved the condo. It was very clean, had plenty of cups and extra trash bags and the necessary things in our eyes. We absolutely loved having the ability to have beach chairs and an umbrella so we didn’t have to spend money on chairs at the actual beach. The beach was a little hard but that’s just our preference. Would loved an oscillating fan in there just to help off set the humidity and we like it cold when we sleep.Cant wait to come back. "

"The rental was very nice! Loved having our dog with us! My daughter absolutely loved the Murphy bed! We have no complaints with the condo. The only real negative would be the people that didn't clean up after their pets. But if you walk down to the right there are more places that are more appealing for your dog to potty. Overall it was a great trip!"
