This beautiful 25th floor unit is a direct gulf front, 2 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom at Tidewater Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida. This condo features a King bed in Master bedroom, Queen bed in guest room, and twin bunks in a separate area down the hallway - ideal for kids.

The unit has newly installed tile flooring, stainless appliances, and updated, furniture. Tidewater is one of the best buildings on the beach. Tidewater features amenities such as a Gulf front gym, 4 hot tubs, 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool, game room, saunas, steam rooms, a restaurant, poolside Tiki bar, a convenience store, movie theater, covered parking, a conference room & an owners lounge. Less than a mile to PIER PARK!!!

Beach Chairs / Beach Towels are NOT included in the rental.

You MUST be at least 25 years old to book this property per Tidewater HOA rules! You will be asked to show ID upon arrival.

Tidewater Beach Resort charges a resort fee of $48+tax+credit card fee.

Parking is free and covered and would fit any regular size vehicle up to 7 feet. Guests are given permits for 2 cars.

This condo is beautiful with beautiful views. It could be listed as a 3 bedroom with the bunk beds and 3rd bathroom. The host response within minutes. We will definitely be booking with this host again. Well worth the money!!!

We got what we were advertised but it was great. We wish the TV instructions for the cable or a little bit more transparent, more towels, and the pull out couch was not the cleanliness. Overall, great experience!!

We had to wait 45-1hr on elevators.You expect long waits but thats extreme and if we wasnt on the 20 floor stair might would have been an option.Braclet rules kill me and this place was killer i was held until i callled to.have my kid bring my braclet bc who remembers to wear a bracelet? PCB stay 2025

The location was great and the facility was great as well. The unit/condo on the other hand not so much! The pictures and online reviews did not give true impression. The place needs to be cleaned A LOT. The bathroom mirror had stuff all over them, there was dirty wash clothes in the bathroom vanity, the bed sheets were so rough and wore out that u could hardly sleep on them. Also the bathroom lighting was so dark that you could hardly see in the shower. There was only one set of bathroom towels so we had to do laundry everyday to have enough wash clothes and they didnā€™t match we had random towels. There was no dish rags to hand wash anything with. The bathrooms had like two drops of hand soap. They need a new cleaning crew!

My stay at TideWater condo

Our unit needed a good cleaning especially the bathrooms. There was hair on the towels (bath and kitchen). There was a old water bottle under the Cadenza in the living room and a black flip flop under the dresser in the master room left over from another guest. It was clear a good cleaning did not occur before our arrival. Cheap balcony chairs and not enough for 4 guest. The picture on the site is not a accurate representation of the actual. The unit is spacious and a great view, but more attention needs to be on cleaning the unit.

Everything was clean. The check in was easy, and the tv was up to date. I wouldā€™ve preferred a few more towels, and the bathrooms need to be updated. I was not aware that I was going to have to pay to check in and receive wristbands. Other than that, everything was nice, and I will stay again.
